Repeating the past

Dear new downtown Manitoba Hydro building (going back to entry #2 for the first mention):

I have this recurring fantasy that when employees move into you sometime after your projected completion date of May 2008, more people will be taking the bus, which means Winnipeg Transit will have to add more 11-K buses, and there are already a lot, so it’s going to be just fantastic.
